Elevating the Cataract Surgical Suite and Software, my role was pivotal in crafting a unified vision to meet diverse user needs.

Through strategic collaboration and extensive research, I streamlined workflows and enhanced user experiences for surgeons, nurses, clinical staff, and patients. 

From defining use cases to leading presentations, my contributions drove tangible outcomes, including increased surgeon confidence and simplified procedures.

In March 2020, amidst COVID-19 challenges, I identified a crucial need for SMBs: a cost-effective, contactless payment system to meet local mandates.

As the founder, I led the project from concept to launch, overseeing the platform's design, roadmap, payment integration, and customer success.

My adaptability was key to launching in pilot commercial locations and providing SMBs with a solution to bolster resilience in uncertain times.

For captain and crew, navigating the open ocean, like managing their health at sea, poses challenges.

A leader in maritime medicine, Vikand envisions a better future with an accessible and worry-free telehealth solution.

In a product leadership role, leveraging my expertise in building tech platforms and health service offerings, I supported the leadership towards refined capabilities, enhanced customer experience, and markedly reduced building costs.

Bridging healthcare recovery from hospital to home, the objective was to create a better patient experience, improve outcomes, and reduce cost.

I facilitated the vision and re-structuring of the organization’s Home Care Delivery Model through structured collaboration.

The re-envisioned service and payment structure centred around empowering the home care clinical team, reducing re-admissions, and improving the patient and family experience.
